By accessing or using FitCoach AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service Description

FitCoach AI is a calorie tracking tool that uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional content of food from photos and text descriptions. It provides calorie budgets, macro tracking, and weekly budget management.

Medical Disclaimer

FitCoach AI is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Calorie estimates are approximations generated by AI and may not be accurate. Always consult a healthcare provider or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have medical conditions.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service.

Subscription & Billing

• Free tier includes limited AI recognitions per day
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to promote eating disorders or unhealthy behaviors
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI recognition system
• Share your account credentials with others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

Limitation of Liability

FitCoach AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of calorie estimates or budget recommendations provided by the service.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
